Originally from Missouri, I moved to New Mexico from Washington in 1978 after getting an AS degree in hydrology and doing stream surveys for USGS. I later went to work for the San Juan Generating Station in the environmental process areas.
I have camped, hiked, and biked at Chaco during all seasons, winter being my favorite. I retired here to enjoy outdoor activities throughout the Four Corners region. Aztec Ruins National Monument is a fun place to take grandkids throughout the year for special events.
I have enjoyed the Four Corners area and Chaco Culture National Historical Park for years and would like to help maintain it as best I can.
