Executive Director
Olivia is a Southwest archaeologist originally from Missouri and now living in New Mexico. She has her B.A. in Anthropology from Missouri State University and her M.A. in Anthropology focusing on Applied Archaeology from the University of Nebraska.
In 2018 Olivia attended an archaeological field school that led her to Chaco Canyon. Since then, she has also held an interpretive internship at the park and focused her thesis research on Chacoan archaeology. Her previous research examines architectural patterns in corn mealing spaces and female power within and beyond the canyon.
Olivia’s connections to Chaco Culture National Historical Park, Aztec Ruins National Monument, and the Chaco Culture Conservancy led her to her current position as the Conservancy’s Executive Director.
